This patient had a large congenital nevus on the left nasal tip. A staged approach was used to excise this lesion. Over two surgeries separated by three months, the lesion was excised. The benefit of the staged approach is that the scar is shorter and the final scar can be aligned along unnatural aesthetic anatomic crease.
