Skin Cancer Photos - Case #2118

This patient was found have melanoma on her right cheek. A wide excision of the lesion was necessary to establish a clear margin. The resulting effect was approximately 4 x 4 cm in diameter. A large cheek flap was elevated to achieve and aesthetic reconstruction.
