Patient 2
This patient presented for facial feminization. In order to achieve her goals, her chin was narrowed and the jaw was recontoured to soften the masculine appearance of the mandibular angle. Additionally, fat grafting was performed in the face to add more soft tissue volume.

This patient had significant facial asymmetry as a result of previous jaw surgery performed at an outside hospital. She did not want to undergo another jaw operation, but she did agree to a chin surgery to help minimize her facial asymmetry.

Patient 5
This young woman sustained a childhood injury causing a lack of growth of the lower jaw. This resulted in significant facial asymmetry. This case was done pro bono by Dr. Baker for Operation Smile. The patient underwent upper jaw, lower jaw, and chin surgery. Fat grafting was also incorporated to optimize the soft tissue result.
