Patient 12
This patient had a gas oven blowup in her face. She had lived with post-traumatic irregularity until she presented for reconstruction as an adult. A smooth contour of her forehead that was achieved by using a combination of fat grafting and bone cement.

Patient 13
This young woman sustained a childhood injury causing a lack of growth of the lower jaw. This resulted in significant facial asymmetry. This case was done pro bono by Dr. Baker for Operation Smile. The patient underwent upper jaw, lower jaw, and chin surgery. Fat grafting was also incorporated to optimize the soft tissue result.

This patient has Treacher-Collins syndrome. She traveled from Africa for reconstruction. She had bone grafting done to her cheeks orbital rim as well as fat grafting to the face. Additionally she had lower jaw advancement and chin advancement surgery.
